Guidelines For Use of IPC Intellectual Property- Trademarks, Service Marks, and Logos

IPC's intellectual property is a valuable asset for the organization and our members. The trademarks, service marks, and logos are powerful marketing tools that distinguish our organization and its programs. Use of IPC intellectual property is governed by strict legal guidelines designed to safeguard IPC's rights in its valuable marks.

IPC trademarks may be used only by members in good standing and on official IPC materials. Members may use the IPC member logo on stationery, letterhead, business cards, advertisements, and general business correspondence. The privilege to use the IPC marks is immediately terminated if an individual or company loses its IPC member status, including failure to pay membership dues. Unauthorized use of the marks may result in legal action.

The entire marks and words must be used and may not be otherwise altered in any way. The marks should not be punctuated, abbreviated, or used in plural or possessive forms. When using the logo on a computer, do not attempt to recreate it yourself, as it may be accidentally modified, altered or distorted.

I understand IPC's member logo use policy and agree to follow these guidelines.
